The Resource Center is home to four interconnected services:
- The New Hampshire Smokers' Helpline is a gateway to the vast array of tobacco control services offered to New Hampshire residents by the New Hampshire Tobacco Prevention and Control Program. Our toll-free helpline offers information on tobacco along with free telephone-based tobacco treatment counseling. We also refer callers to local tobacco treatment programs. Quit Tips are available 24 hours a day. Services are available in English and Spanish, with translation for other languages. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may call our TTY line.

- The TRYTOSTOP.ORG Web site provides tobacco information, quit-smoking assistance, and related links. The site features the Quit Wizard, a self-paced, interactive program that guides the user through the entire cessation process, from making the decision to quit to preventing a return to tobacco use. The Quit Wizard is a state-of-the-art, user-friendly tool for tobacco users who want to quit on their own. Visit the Try-To-Stop TOBACCO Web site and click on the New Hampshire state logo.
- QuitWork-NH is a collaborative effort based on the original QuitWorks program developed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Massachusetts health plans. The program offers telephone-based tobacco treatment to patients who are referred by their health care providers, linking them to the full range of the state's tobacco treatment services.
